I don’t live too far from London and one of my favourite things to do at Christmas time is to go and have a look at the Christmas lights along Oxford street, Regent Street, The Strand etc. and also watch the people on the ice at Skate over at Somerset House with Fortnum & Mason.

The tickets sell out quickly, but you can go and watch the people on the ice! Which I love!

When you arrive you are greeted by a huge real fur tree, which is decorated with Fortnum & Mason hampers, alas you can’t pick one off the tree to take home, but it’s very impressive to look at!

The tree also smells awesome, to me that smell of pine, is Christmas!

After watching the skaters, I love popping in to one of the many coffee shops along The Strand, picking up a hot chocolate, then walking up to Trafalgar Square to look at the Christmas tree, a gift for the People of Britain from Norway!
It’s a great thing to do in London after a day shopping or meeting friends!
What do you like to do at Christmas time… Do you have anything you do, which makes you feel Christmassy…
Thanks for reading
